New Voices Biannual Report Form
| New Voices Fellows and Mentors submit a report every six months on their activities and impacts. This data is used to provide status updates to donors, to improve program design, and to share trends and best practices with the larger New Voices community. |
| Fellows and Mentors use this evaluation process to discuss their progress together and to make strategic changes in direction. The process also demonstrates a model for impact evaluation grantees can adapt to other programs and services. |
| It takes about an hour to prepare the report. The online forms include 16 questions for Fellows and 12 questions for Mentors. We suggest printing the questions first and then going over them together. Please answer each question accurately and completely. (Note: you are not expected to answer "yes" for all of the impact measures mentioned; we anticipate a variety of responses reflecting the unique character of your organization and fellowship.) |
| You may enter, edit, and save data throughout a six month performance period. The system will e-mail you a copy and notify AED once you have submitted the final report. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you! |
